Drum Circles In North Hollywood

You can stow away the pots and pans now. Imagine your twelve-year old--make that, your two-year old--banging on drums to his heart's content, and you don't have to worry about the neighbors! The wonderful folks at REMO Recreational Music Center in North Hollywood have everything covered for bang-happy fun. Kids will love this event, because they get to socialize and make lots of noise. No experience is necessary, and drums are provided. The next "Kids Rhythm Club" is Saturday, November 10 from 11 to 11:45 a.m. Free; no reservations necessary.

Look for other fee-based workshops for adults on the Web site's events calendar.

Every Tuesday night from 7-8 p.m., the RMC has a free community drum circle for grown ups. A great way to relieve stress, unless you hate rhythm.
