Trick or Treating for Kids 2007

Here are some safe trick or treating locations for Pasadena and environs, if you prefer not to go door-to-door in your neighborhood.

Oct 27-28, 10 am - 4 pm:

Kids can trick or treat from store to store in Old Town's One Colorado courtyard shopping area.

October 31 (5-7:30 pm):
Westfield Santa Anita (Arcadia), 400 S. Baldwin Ave., Arcadia CA 91007, 626-445-6255
Bring your kids dressed and ready to trick or treat from store to store!
The event is not listed on their Web site, but I called Westfield Santa Anita and they verified the times for me as of today.

Glendale Galleria: The corporate office says they don't have anything organized for trick or treaters, per se, but many stores do participate. No list of participating stores is available. See my next blog about a Halloween event at the Galleria.

If you can't get to these events on time, try your local supermarkets. Many Vons Supermarkets will provide wrapped candies to trick or treaters, as well as Gelsons at Paseo Colorado. For Gelsons, go to the Customer Service desk near the check out for your treat!
