Environmentally Cool Dude
I kid you not. A few weeks back, I saw a man driving west on Del Mar Avenue, in a shiny Honda hybrid, smoking his cigar inside his car, with the windows rolled all the way up. He was heading west on Del Mar, just west of Fair Oaks. I couldn't do anything but shake my head in disbelief of the irony of it all.

at least he's harming himself with the cigar rather than harming everyone else with a gas guzzler.
